At Prospect Riding Co., we’re committed to providing you with only the best e-bikes, equipment, and customer service. Please read our Shipping and Return Policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders and returns.

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. You will receive detailed delivery information after checkout, including tracking information so you can stay up to date on your order status.

Shipping Methods: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 continental US States. For international orders, shipping fees and delivery times may vary. Please refer to our International Shipping section for more details. Due to shipping carrier regulations around high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we cannot ship ebikes or ebike components, including but not limited to batteries, displays and controllers, outside of the 48 continental United States.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage: Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of any parcel carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times: Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times may vary, but we will provide you with an estimated delivery date during checkout.

International Shipping: For international orders, please note that additional customs, import duties, or related fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult with your local customs office for more information on these chargers.

RETURN POLICY

At Prospect Riding, your satisfaction is a top priority. Please take a moment to review our updated returns and restocking fee policy, which applies to all components, accessories, and e-bikes sold by Prospect Riding.

  1. Returns of New and Unused Items Within 30 Days of Receipt: We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. You have the option to return any item in new and unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund with no restocking fee, less shipping charges. Return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the recipient, except in cases where we, Prospect Riding made a shipping error. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
  2. Returns of Used Items Within 30 Days of Purchase: If you wish to return an item in a used condition, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping charges will apply, and a restocking fee amounting to forty percent (40%) of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund. To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must be free of any damage, and electric bikes must have less than thirty (30) miles on the odometer.
  3. Returns of New and Unused Items Outside the 30-Day Window: In cases where you want to make a return outside of the 30-day window, you may still do so if the item is in new and unused condition. However, return shipping charges and a restocking fee equal to twenty five percent (25%) of the purchase price will apply.
  4. Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. To ensure the safe return of your item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the item you are attempting to return without proper tracking.
  5. Return to Sender & Refused Shipments: If an order is returned to Prospect Riding or if you refuse to accept delivery of the shipment, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees for the merchandise.
